Update no. 1

So in this week's report, I have recently uploaded a couple of artworks to the flickr page. I have spent more time on them than I did on the past week's works so they're a little more complex. I have also done some schoolwork done although not quite as much because I got the books a bit late in the week. Nevertheless, I did submit the week's work for those classes. I have also done a bunch of paperwork to get a tuxedo for my upcoming concerts, which is basically saying that I got a $300 scholarship for my tuxedo from the chorus. And I also did work at my internship and personally met people from two galleries.

Today I started dogsitting for one of my mentors. I will be here until Friday. While I'm here, I'm going to focus on getting a lot of schoolwork done. I'm going to my internship tomorrow and the focus is to get more involved with the people who are connected to our upcoming auction i.e. getting actual contacts from galleries. Since the dog i'm taking care of is pretty big and clumsy, I'm not sure I will be able to get any artwork done until friday. However, there is one very detailed piece that I am working on. It's going to be donated to the upcoming auction, which will get my name out there to the local art community.

I appreciate this month's rent and the extra $50 Mom sent along with it. As I'm writing this, I have not yet received it in my account but I will text Mom as soon as I see that it's there. Thanks also for sending money for the MUNI Pass.

So I'll send you guys another post when I'm done with all this week's artwork - this Sunday. I would really appreciate food money and some allowance because it's been a while since Dad sent money and I used some of it to get some new pastel pencils - which cost almost $30. And since I am donating a piece of work for the auction, it would be great if Dad mailed me the frame found in the car's trunk. Or I might need to get a new frame because the deadline is this coming Saturday. I'm not sure. I'll find that out tomorrow.
